• Payment Data: Credit card details processed directly via PCI-compliant payment processors (SwiftSoftware does not store full payment card details).
• Customer CRM Data: Contact records, communication logs, and operational data ingested into the user's CRM instance.
• Usage & Analytics: IP address, device type, browser session logs, and usage metrics to optimize platform stability.

2. How Information Is Used
To provision accounts, process recurring billing, execute CRM functionality, deliver customer support, and ensure security.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
Customer Data is never sold. Data is shared only with vetted third-party sub-processors necessary for service delivery (e.g., cloud infrastructure hosts, payment gateways, transactional email carriers).

4. Data Retention & Account Termination
Free and Paid account data is retained while the account remains active. Upon account termination or request, Customer Data is deleted within 30 to 60 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
